Chernobyl had judged that decontamination was meaningless in the stage in 2000.
Even an even wide plain is impossible for decontamination.
Decontamination cannot be impossible in complicated geographical feature like Fukushima.

ビルマの大統領テインセイン氏が来日。
野田総理は３０００億円もの借款をチャラにし、さらにあたらに開発援助を行うと発表。
在日ビルマ人難民はこの間。大統領と、大使館に宛てて公開書簡を提出していたがまったくなしのつぶて。
そこで、本日、大使館前での抗議行動と、公開書簡の再度の提出を行った。
しかし、大使館の門は固く閉ざされ、決して開くことはなかった。
国外に数十万物難民を出してその解決をかはろうともしない国のどこに民主主義があるというのだ。

ビルマの利権をいち早く得ようという姑息な手法を日本政府はとるべきではない。

雨が降りしきる中、親友ニェインのシュプレヒコールの声が響いた。
「ビルマ政府は少数民族を殺すな!」
「政治囚を全員即刻解放せよ!」
「軍政に有利な憲法を即時改正せよ！」
この声はビルマ政府に届くのか？

残念ながらビルマは民主化に向けて進んでいるとは言えない状況である。

公開書簡の内容は下記
■要望書骨子（ビルマ市民フォーラム仮訳）：
　　・現在ビルマで起きている変革を歓迎している一方、ビルマには未だ収監され
　　　ている政治囚や少数民族武装組織との戦闘などまだ数多くの問題がある。
　　・少数民族とは武力ではなく、話し合いでの解決を図ることが民主化への道である。

　　・国内では報道の自由も保証されていない。
　　・民主化の動きは上層部だけのものであり、末端組織までこの動きは起きていない。

　　・ビルマの民主化とは国外にいるビルマ人が携わってこそ真の民主化と呼べるべき

　　　ものであり、より大きな成功を得ることができる。
　　・我々、在日ビルマ人はテインセイン大統領に対し、将来のビルマ民主化への
　　 支援を申出る。自分たちにできることを行い、ビルマに真の民主主義を実現させたい。

Therefore, the open letter was again submitted with the protest before an embassy today.
However, the gate of the Burma embassy was shut firmly and was never opened.
The country which takes out hundreds of thousands of refugees abroad, and does not use the solution as wax is not a democratic country.
The Japanese government should not take the temporizing way that the rights of Burma will be acquired promptly.
While it rained incessantly, the voice of the choral yelling of my friend Nyeing sounded.
“The Burma government must not kill an ethnic minority!”
“The Burma government needs to release all political prisoners at once!”
“Revise the constitution advantageous to the Burma military government instancy!”
Does this voice reach the Burma government?
Though regrettable, it cannot be said that he is following Burma towards democratization.

Petition main point
– While welcoming the change which has occurred in Burma now, the battle with the political prisoner and ethnic minority militant group which are still imprisoned, etc. still have many problems in Burma.
– It is a way to democratization that an ethnic minority aims at not military power but solution which discusses and comes out.
– Freedom of the press is not guaranteed at home, either.
– The movement toward democratization belongs only to the upper levels, and this motion has not occurred to the end organization.
– Just by engaging the Burmese who is abroad, it is called democratization of Burma with true democratization.
It is a thing and can obtain a bigger success.
– We and a Burmese resident in Japan offer the support for the future Burma democratization to President Theine Sein.
It performs that one can do and realizes true democracy to Burma.
